Big government is not the solution for this ... big government caused this!
This is a liberal cartoonist who is thinking about becoming a conservative over this lady's poor judgement.
The only solution liberalism can offer is to regulate how many children this woman has (while it incentivises her to have more!).
The solution is to stop giving away free money so people recognize their individual duty to raise their children and stop carelessly handing responsibility over to the government (which is incapable of raising or loving children

Man: My that's quite a litter. Young lady - how can you afford to raise and feed them, seeing you're not married, and not earning anything?
Woman: On food stamps -that way, it's free!
Duck(?): I thought the new theme was responsibility.

We can only hope people begin to see the light!
